Pointless them having a phone number. Having migraines so needed a copy of my eye prescription, simple request. Tried every line for over an hour and no one picks up.

It's a large store, built on two floors and a basement level. The layout of the store is somewhat dated, looking like a 1980's store, although that's not a bad thing. The range of products on display seems to get less, seemingly more to do with the move to online shopping.

While inside Boots today I realised that their lift doesn't stop at the floor I needed - I went to buy a beard trimmer which is on the first floor (the next floor up from ground). I'm using crutches and pushing myself trying to start to walk again after a massive accident this year. I ended up having to take the escalator up and back down to buy what I was looking for.Surprised that such a big shop didn't have a lift to this floor as the escalator was 'fun' to get on and off with one good leg. Not disabled friendly!

Absolutely superb service in the gloucester branch opticians and truly professional and thorough examination. Brilliant. But the lower ground floor of this building is so shabby and unloved. Staff as well as customers deserve better.

Didn't have what I wanted so went straight out again... Don't like going there as I'm allergic to perfume and perfumed products and they're just inside the door.Would be better at the back or upstairs. That way I'd go in more.Only went in for dad as it was

This place has gone downhill over the years. Online it said the product I wanted was in store but it wasn't. The products shelving is cramped then there are mass of wasted space. Shop just feels dark and the security guard always follows me around. Being served in here takes so long it really isn't the shop it used to be.

Had my Covid vaccination here. Very efficient, quick, and easy. Would choose to have it done here always .
