Allen and his colleague were brilliant- they arrived on time, we’re pleasant and polite, we’re great value, and did a fantastic job of cleaning my car, inside and out, and the engine bay. They took real care and pride in their work and it really looked (and smelled) like a new car when they’d finished. I’m so pleased and would unquestioningly recommend Velvet Valet. Allen, thank you.

Saw their add on Facebook, and thought we would give them a try, they responded really quickly and got us booked in a few days later. We had two cars valeted, one a mini valet, and the other which was really bad a full valet. Allen and his co worker were punctual and got to work straight away, my husbands car was absolutely filthy with stained light cloth seats, now looking spotless. A perfect job, mine wasn’t too bad so only a mini valet required and that is now looking brand new, and added a lovely smelling air freshener to them both too. We are really pleased with the service and will definitely be booking again. Thank you once again for making our cars a nice place to be in.

Initial consultancy and booking was done really nicely after I put an enquiry on the website. I wanted a ceramic coating, and was advised to get a stage 1 polish as well. Allen turned up on time, was warmly professional, and the car looks amazing after he was finished. Will definitely be booking a regular valet with VV to keep it looking good. Very pleased!

I used Allen’s service to have a full valet on my car. He did an amazing job with great attention to detail. Previous owner of the car had a dog, and Allen did an excellent job restoring the interior and getting rid of the smell. Allen had great attitude and clearly takes pride in his work. Car is like new. Would highly recommend.
