Avoid this shop. Go to Orbit in Ballymoney if you want floor covering. Short,fat man is very ignorant and not helpful. Won't be going in that shop again. He should not be working with the public.

Fantastic service from Innovation Flooring from measuring to completion. Chris was fantastic at sorting us out in the show room, never felt rushed took loads of time to answer our countless (probably very silly) questions. The whole way through the process Chris kept us up to date, and was always available at the end of a phone, email, or in store.The quality of product is second to none and available for every budget. We were concerned about creaky soft feeling laminate flooring and Chris was able to advise us where best to spend our money to make sure that didn’t happen.Industry expertise in innovation flooring is very apparent, no car sales men dodgy techniques here just good honest advice, service and products.Very glad we went with Innovation for our laminate and carpet, their fitters are great too speedy and tidy! We were tempted by the big DIY stores, but honestly Innovation we’re better priced, better service, better quality, and an all round better experience - also much happier to support local independent businesses.
