Loved my first reflexology treatment recently. So calming and found it more relaxing than any massage I’ve had in the past. Really felt the benefits in the following days to, with more energy and better sleep.I will be booking in again very soon.

So much so I fell asleep !Mel puts everyone at ease, is great at what she does and uses high quality products . I would highly recommend Mel to anyone. My skin feels so lovely and smooth today too .

I had my 1st reflexology session with Mel 2 weeks ago. It was absolutely fantastic! The treatment itself was so relaxing and gentle. I can honestly say, I've not felt that relaxed in a very long time. After the session Mel asked for feedback and we discussed the treatment. That night I slept SO well and woke the next day with much more energy and clarity.I would definitely recommend a reflexology session with Mel. She is extremely professional and a lovely lady. I booked a follow up session with her at the end of my 1st appointment! For anyone concerned about Covid I would say Mel is extremely careful and takes following guidelines very seriously. You really couldn't be in better hands!Thanks Mel, already looking forward to Monday! :-)
