I represent a community cinema which, until recently, relied on direct selling of tickets. We wanted to introduce on-line ticket sales and were recommended to use TicketSource. Getting up and running was so easy. We took about 1 hour to set up our account and list our first event. We elected to add a booking fee to the ticket price so that we receive the full price of a ticket sale. Ticket sales proceeds are transferred to our bank account straight after each event.We have found the site to be very intuitive to use with lots of useful functions that meet our every need. When we had a query we had prompt, excellent advice and service over the phone with a real person. Putting new events onto the site only takes a few minutes. The reports we receive are very useful. There is a daily update on sales and a very useful box office report produced after ticket sales have closed.I would recommend TicketSource to any organisations which wish to use an online service to sell tickets.

Excellent service. We used ticket source for the first time for our November local theatre production. We saw a 60% increase in ticket sales (previously we had only offered a walking box office) and got excellent feedback from customers about the ease-of-use and booking.From the perspective of managing the event it was straightforward and even relatively non-IT literate members of the club were able to generate reports and provide Front of house services. The integration with Mailchimp is excellent.It may not look the flashiest of front-end but it does the job brilliantly and in a very cost-effective way that works well for small voluntary theatre club. Highly recommended. Very responsive support team when we had a couple of minor questions.

Good systems; great support, easy to use and fantastic reporting too. We would like the ability to charge a transaction booking fee for online tickets (not just a per ticket booking fee as at present) because we have people booking multiple events in one transaction. That is already available for our own box office using TicketSource but not for online sales. It would be very useful to have transaction fees for box office and online.

As a service, TicketSource is amazing. They offer a lot of features for free and their fees are, when compared to other providers, very reasonable. A great system and it's been simple to use.One thing I wish they offer is a better and more up-to-date design for front pages and checkout pages, as current design options are a little limiting, and their outsourcing partners (such as TickX) share incorrect information about events with no way of managing the listings.

Our amateur theatre group started using TicketSource earlier this year as an additional sales option for our audiences. We found TicketSource really easy to use for us and our audiences. And their customer service is really excellent - very quick to respond, friendly and helpful. In this day and age, I think amateur theatres need to give their audiences the opportunity to buy tickets online and I can wholeheartedly recommend TicketSource to provide this for you.

From conception of the idea to move to online ticketing through to going live using TicketSource was very quick (approx 3 months ad-hoc time) and I was able to do it myself using just the online guides. TicketSource's platform is very easy to use and was incredibly well received by our customers also resulting in records sales for our group the first time we used it!On the very odd occasion I needed to call TicketSource for support, their staff were friendly and helpful and resolutions were quickly provided.We will definitely be using TicketSource again for our 2019 shows.

Our complete experience of using TicketSource to put on a benefit theatre event was fantastic. The website was very easy to use and navigate and the customer services team who I rang quite a few times were the best - polite, friendly and very helpful. Would highly recommend especially to people who have not used something like this before.

A fantastic service with regular innovations and improvements. The support (when and if needed) is brilliant too. Can't advocate these guys enough. Easy to use if just dipping your toe in the credit card sales area for your organisation or event. We're gradually increasing our online sales and we're almost up to 50% now from zero a few years ago. Recommended.
