I have been visiting them occasionally for several years now. I had an ongoing issue with my wheels and after much work they provided a long term solution via the manufacturers warranty.Every time I visit they are friendly and helpful and a couple of times did a quick fix for me when I broke down.great bike shop.

Bought new Haibike with Ohlins suspension wanted to get it set up by the pros and not large bike store. Really glad I did despite 3 hours round trip, really welcoming team and spent ages explaining how it all worked and making sure I was happy with the setup, also made some adjustments to my new bike to help me out. Would very much recommend them to anyone.

AdamI hope you still remember grey Nukeproof Dissent (mullet DH) and a complete suspension set up you have done for me.I just got back from holiday in Switzerland (10 days of riding, having Matterhorn in the background each day). Thank you very much mate for making my Nuke a missile (literally).This bike is another level, especially at speed.I thought my Enduro Nuke Mega with 170 mm travel can take a beating but this thing ...... is like bedroom pillow. Heavier (obviously) but gains speed like no other bikes ever experienced.Coil spring with Boxxer Select Forks on my Nuke Dissent, compared to Rockshock Yari + Super Deluxe on my Mega are like two different Worlds to learn about.Once again, massive thanks to you and the knowledge - Mr. Adam ThomasBart.

We have been a few times as local to a nearby bike park. Love the shop! Such a great vibe. All of the staff are so friendly. Good clothing range including the helfare bits, bought some gloves, viper glasses, some wheel bits, decals for my jump bike, socks and probably some other stuff, got carried away! So happy to have a local bike shop that actually stocks some cool stuff. Would be a cool hangout spot as well if you served some food and drinks after riding at the local bike park :)

Had a manufacturing problem with my frame after about a year and Lee and the team at brink were just amazing. They would not accept anything but a proper replacement off the manufacturer and were so helpful. They are truly out there to support riders. If you are looking at buying a frame or a full bike I would highly recommend buying off these lads as if anything were to happen they'll have you covered, not to mention how amazing they were during the buying process.

Absolutely brilliant bike shop. Not the cheapest, but the knowledge, customer care, and range of top quality components and workmanship (if you need anything doing) is second to none.I can't recommend these guys highly enough.

Shout out to Lee and Gabe for going above and beyond with my shock which had big issues. They ordered specialist parts from the USA and even tried to save me money by fixing things they found in house and having really good coummincatons along the process. Shop with Brink all the time because of lads like these as they always go the extra mile and nothing is too much trouble.
