All of Charlotte's probing questions are really helpful in delving deeper to help you come up with your own solutions. Very useful to have a structure to work through. Also I want to thank Charlotte for being very patient, which is very valuable to a client.

Charlotte worked with me on daring to dream about how I could have a life with more joy and more of what I wanted in it. I found her to be skilled, empathic, warm and witty. Charlotte is a wondrful, kind, caring, and empathetic life coach. She really helped me to figure out what were my most valued goals, where I wanted parts of my life to improve and where to begin. She helped me to think it through and partition everything so it was more manageable to hold in my head. she also helped me to develop a little bit more self-compassion and empathy. As someone with multiple chronic illnesses, she was really supportive, understanding, empathetic and flexible. She went above and beyond to help accommodate my health issues within the context of our work together and always created a really safe space where I could take part however my body and mind were doing. she linked me to other services where necessary to help with problems outside of life coaching and always created an emotionally safe environment.
