Reasonable small Iceland store. Can get busy and usually insufficient check outs open, often only one.

This is a store with promise but the lack of decent staff is letting it down massively. Employee one security member on the door is too busy looking at women in the must disgusting ways rather than keeping his eyes on shoppers. Couple of staff members are superb but unfortunately I don't see them regularly enough. When staff are on replen duties they are pretty rude and will happily push you out the way to get to that shelf they want or if your looking at something where they are restocking they wouldn't move out of your way instead will keeping blocking until you give up and walk on. Bad management skills and a massive lack of customer services skills. With the right manager this store could be amazing

Would give 5 stars but they keep changing there stock to often lots of things I liked taken off shelf or promo changed possibly if they had what I wanted they would get a five star

Iceland is the only food store that I can rely on for it's availability of stock when buying in store or online shopping delivery service. Exceptional service at this store as it also is in Commercial road. The managers of each are friendly and helpful. The deliverers at each store also. Great offers,great quality and unbelievably cheap!

I love Iceland because of their honest approach to world issues. This shop is located at the right location. The staff are friendly. The products as you expect are just right at the right price

It's a smaller Iceland store but extremely well stocked. You might struggle to get the offers if you're not up early! The staff are very polite, helpful, and patient when required. I've frequented this store for nigh on five years now and rarely leave without what I went in for.

Iceland used to be the mainstay of frozen food shopping, sadly they are becoming a little bit pricy on some of their products. Overall a good shop but not enough staff to cater for a city centre store.

Normal Iceland store like any other.Did notice more offers and some reduced prices recently, however be aware that as prices have come down so have the pack sizes or weights - very sneaky!

Maybe a small shop but impressed by the varied amount of stock they have.
