Really impressed with the after sales customer service of Wombourne Windows after I had trouble with a lock of one of the doors they installed 4 years ago. I contacted them and they came out within the week and changed the whole locking mechanism with no quibbling or fuss. Excellent service.

Probably the worst customer service I have ever received. I called Wombourne Windows for a quotation, an appointment was made. The first appointment was cancelled at 2pm on the day the representative was due to visit (the appointment was at 2pm) but I had heard good things about them so agreed to a further appointment.Mr Paul Benion came out, took the information and said he would send us a quote. The quote never arrived. I then left a facebook review saying it had been a waste of my time waiting for Wombourne Windows to provide information and a quote.At this point they claimed the quote had been sent but they don't harass people. I have never heard of a company not calling back to check if the quote was ok and to see if we want to come to the show room but anyway...I don't have junk on my email so it wasn't in there, If my email was wrong they would have had a bounce back email. so simply said it was a lie and the quote had not been sent.At this point I was then quite frankly shocked and appalled that a very angry Mr Benion called me. Shouting and saying I should watch my words. Excuse me... I said it was a fair review, it had been a waste of time, he got more angry.All I did was simply point out his was lying and probably trying to cover up his mistake. I was shocked that I am a potential customer and your 'Director of Sales and Marketing' would phone me with such threatening and aggressive behaviour. He repeatedly shouted that he would prove the quote was sent and 'I should watch my words' and even said I will come round your house and show you'. Very professional...Well

All of the tradesmen who were involved with the planning and installation of our new conservatory provided a first class service. The workers were very couteous, cleaned up every day and work has been completed to a very high standard. From the initial consultation by Mark to the installation I could not fault-the fitters were excellent,polite and courteous and did a brilliant job.I was very nervous as I had taken considerable time to decide who to use after several quotes and while not the cheapest I felt comfortable with the the company and the whole experience could not have gone better.I am very pleased and thank Wombourne Windows for their professionalism and communication.

Had 11 windows and a door from Wombourne. The windows are of high quality. A+ energy rated and look beautiful. The door is similarly of high quality. A wider than most colour pallet added greater choice and got us the perfect look.The good news is that the price for all this was a pleasant surprise. We had four quotes and this was easily the best value.The team that fitted our windows were extremely good. Took care and a pride in the job. Tidied up after themselves too. ( Thanks guys ).A good experience from start to finish.

Poor customer service and lack of communication throughout the contract for a conservatory replacement (including electrics and heating) ordered in April 2022. Work was due to commence in October but this did not happen as work was repeatedly put back over many weeks causing undue customer stress. Contractors eventually arrived on site on 21 November and work was intermittent at the start and work was finally completed in January. The survey failed to pick up crucial central heating requirements and additional costs have been incurred and are still awaiting a response back from the Company Director. Payments were chased on several occasions before appropriate stages of work in the contract had been completed with even a threat to issue a late payment invoice contrary to the terms outlined in the contract showing a total disregard for customer satisfaction and poor liaison between departments. The review is not against the workmanship as contractors were professional and hardworking and the quality of product meets expectations.

Wombourne Windows provided us with a faultless and truly professional service during the build of a new conservatory. Scheduling was excellent and reliable which is very hard to come by these days. All of the tradesmen used were punctual and skilled at their job as well as being friendly and very tidy. We are extremely happy with our new build. All of the design, planning and organisation was handled by a superb management team who kept us informed throughout. I would happily recommend Wombourne Windows to anyone. Team, thank you very much.

shocking outfit of cowboys. They reglazed my whole house and built a new porch last year and as it stands now the majority of it all needs replacing. Cheap materials were used (which was not reflected in the price) the workmanship was rushed and poor and to top it off the members of staff you deal with over the phone are incompetent liars. They have yet to resolve any of the issues they have caused and all they do is send out their surveyor who will make up any kind of excuse and claim it is all satisfactory but when you point out an independent surveyor said otherwise they get sheepish and disappear. They have installed windows without the correct support so now everything is warping / collapsing as they do not even install the steel flats that they charge you for.Edit: This is not spam - I have received no response from yourselves via Facebook. Jukes was not the customers name as it was my partner who contracted you. The fixing's have been replaced several times now and constantly rust. All other issues have not been resolved and intact there is now more issues like drafts and the windows howling whenever the wind blows. If you would like to actually contact via Facebook you will find you will get a response.Below is a picture of a fitting that has been replaced by yourselves on 3 separate occasions which is rusting yet again.

Where do I start. If you’re happy with weeks of stress then go ahead. Incompetent salesman resulting in still having the wrong handles 7 months later. Incompetent surveyor resulting in having to pay an extra £2600! Extremely rude, messy workmen, refusing to clean up other team members mess! Told lies too, have a recorded conversation where I was promised something and then emails stating something different. Along with these recordings and emails have many photos if required. Like others have stated I was threatened with late payment charges despite the work not being completed and being promised the work would be inspected prior to any final balance needing to be paid.30/1/23 Just keep on disappointing. Problem with leaking guttering. Had engineer booked in to come and inspect for over 2 months. Failed to show!
