I bought a beautiful bespoke name sign for my daughter’s bedroom and could not be happier. The sign is gorgeous, I was able to choose the colour and flowers, Fantastic service, fast turn around and delivery. They even recommended the best way to secure to the wall for a perfect finish.

DOESN’T EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR!DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!I placed an order for a wooden name plaque with this company at the start of June for my baby who was due at the end of July thinking my order will arrive on time as on their website it states delivery time is 6 weeks. I asked for an update after a month of placing the order and was told I will receive it in a weeks time. However, I didn’t receive anything so I thought I would message again and when I did, I got the same reply. After that I kept messaging every week or two and would either get told it’s coming next week or would get ignored. I messaged them via instagram, on their email address and on their website and even tried ringing the number on their instagram page. By this time my baby had arrived and his nursery was incomplete. I decided to take matters further and messaged Little Craft house to let them know so they are aware and may do something about my order but no reply again! So in September I got in touch with PayPal and decided to open a case against this company. I submitted all evidence and followed Paypal guidelines and got a full refund, thanks to PayPal’s policy.

I ordered a gorgeous name sign for my room, and got to personalise the colour and style of it so it would fit perfectly with my decor. Love it so much!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!Nothing but a scam!I am absolutely disgusted and outraged by the lies I have been told about the product I was supposed to be receiving !I was told via direct message that my product would arrive in 3 weeks and would be here in time for my daughters birthday. This however was never the case! They lie to take your money!I was told my product was packed and out for delivery however when it didn’t arrive I would message and ask where the item was…they would reply this week. Next message was week after. Every-time I messaged the date changed and I was lied to that it was picked up. These messages were weeks apart and after paying a shocking £8.50 delivery fee this product is nowhere to be seen.Since questioning this AGAIN, I was told that I “haven’t given them enough time to make the product” So not only was I lied to about the time frame this would be finnished and delivered so they could TAKE MY MONEY, they have also now lied about the fact the product hasn’t been made, it hasn’t been sent off and it most definitely is NOT out for delivery!This company is a scam. I have messaged multiple times and every message has been lies and excuses and they have absolutely no customer care at all!Since they have ignored all my last messages.I have asked for a refund- NO REPLY.They are scam artists and will no longer reply to any of my messages after I have asked for a refund as I have not got my product. They cannot prove any product was made. They can’t prove any tracking number. An absolute waste of time.Such a foul experience and unfortunately due to the lack of care, multiple lies and absolutely shocking customer care and not even a refund! I will have taken this further and trading standards have been informed! Absolutely scandalous.As a young single mother all I wanted was a beautiful sign for my once year old. I wanted this to be special so I paid for something that I thought would be worth the money and would last my daughter a few years so I wanted to spend the money on it. Such an awful experience and unless you have money yourself to throw down the drain and to never receive a product then I strongly advise you to NEVER use this corrupt and scam of a company!

Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. Ordered a flower wall for my unborn baby’s room in September 2021, messaged first to ask what to write in the box for what colours I’d like and was told what to put. Was also told it would take around 6 weeks. Fast forward 9 months and I still don’t have it. My baby is 8 months old next week.I have messaged constantly throughout the 9 months for updates, the first few months I was understanding and nice about the delay because the owner had just had a baby herself, then had covid, then said there was a hold up with one of the colours I’d asked for. At this point I said I was happy for her to use a colour she already had if it made things easier but she said it was already ordered. Then every time I asked for an update I was told it was all done and ready to be collected by Hermes that week. I have been told this a total of 6 times now over the past 7 months. At no point is this person ever apologetic that I’m still waiting, her attitude stinks to be perfectly honest and I’ve never known anyone to lie so much and be so bad at it. I’ve been more than reasonable, if there really was an issue holding up my order then surely it would make more sense to just say what it was rather than claiming it’s all done and will be with me soon when she knows fine well that’s not the truth. Every time I’ve asked for my money back she hasn’t acknowledged this part of the message and just assures me I will have it soon. I don’t even want it any more I’m over it - and I’m over chasing it up and being blatantly ignored, if she would just refund me she’d never have to hear from me again but until that day comes I will continue to chase her. I have reported all of this to trading standards and will be informing the police also if a refund isn’t issued, as ultimately she has stolen my money. Totally unprofessional and would not recommend to anyone, worst customer experience I have ever had. Also every single email address provided on the website and Instagram doesn’t exist so don’t waste your time trying to contact her any other way, total con artist
