The bedrooms could do with an upgrade. Carpets were threadbare at some places. Beds fairy comfortable . Bathroom / shower was fab however you could see some bits in the room.were a quick repair jobReception was good managed to finally get the bedrooms together which I asked for and put a putup bed in for the kidsFood at the hotel was slightly disappointing thoughWe had quite an unsettled stomach we had ordered pizza

The service at this hotel is excellent, by chance I have interacted with several different departments within the hotel including the waiters, cooks, cleaners and front of desk staff- all of which have the same polite and positive attitude. You can see that they want to assure you have a good experience. I would say the reason for the hotel being 4 stars is because of this staff-wide attitude and standards. The hotel room in itself was not perfect as there was a bit of dust and stains in the odd few places.

Enjoyed my stay here overall. Was a little disappointed with having to wait at the bar as there was no staff only reception. Don’t know if this was due to how quiet it was but i was waiting there for 5 minutes before anybody came out to serve me. The parking is very limited and tight. Not ideal if you have a work van. Cars are fine for access and egress. The hotel is located on a busy main road. Difference of personal opinion for location i believe there. Can get an Uber from outside there no problem pretty quickly tbh.

Modern, clean and tidy. A nice ambience to the lobby and bar areas.Good food too. Staff friendly and helpful. It's just a shame it's on a very busy main road and tight getting in and out. But does have a covered secure ish car park.From an access point of view, some areas could have been better thought out - my accessible room was spacious and generally very good. But, the kettle and coffee making facilities were on a shelf about 4.5 ft high, not great for a wheelchair user. The shower was in the bath, the bath was a high side, to attempt to get in was not very easy for me to say the least.In the lobby, there are plenty of facilities to plug in and hook up your laptop to work from. But all are either very high needing a stool or very low tables and armchairs. No standard size table that is suitable for a wheelchair user.Yes, for an average fit person it's great here, apart from the noisy main road which is very noticeable in the Starbucks coffee shop and bar area.However, I would stay her again.
