Briskona have supplied my broadband for over a year now. I have no complaints and feel I pay a very competitive rate for the service I receive. Any issues are dealt with promptly and efficiently and it's nice to speak with friendly staff. You really feel you are getting a better deal overall rather than going to one of the huge companies.

Waited all day in the office for an engineer to come out as promised as our business broadband keeps dropping out for no one to turn up.Very poor customer service so l would not recommend Briskona

The Briskona Team have always responded immediately to any challenges and have solved any issues very quickly. They keep all informed of any potential outages which may occur so that you can reschedule your working day if required. I find the team very friendly and pro-active.

I’ve been a Briskona customer since January 2015, on the Berwickshire network. I’m very satisfied with their service, which has improved a lot since then, due to a rolling programme of improvements. Of course, there has been the occasional glitch, but customers are kept informed of planned work, and unexpected outages are dealt with promptly. I generally get the internet speeds I pay for, with limited variation at peak times.Problems are resolved quickly and remotely, and local engineers are on hand when an on site visit is required. And, most importantly, there’s always a real person to answer the phone. Customer service is efficient, friendly and personal.Briskona’s internet service during the COVID 19 lockdown has been excellent, despite the huge increase in demand, which continues. Digital connectivity is providing an enormous contribution to the country, which many people take for granted, like other essential utilities. Just imagine what lockdown would have been like without it.

I reported slow download internet speeds. The response from the office administration and technical staff was very prompt, efficient and courteous. Problem solved within a matter of hours - during a weekend. 10/10 for customer service
