KBD Blinds

Really happy with the quality and service..

Have the blinds but had an issue with the screws in my ceiling being the same colour, asked the company to come back to make the screws the same colour but was fobbed off. Also at least 20mm between blinds and edges. Also asked when compared to other companies if I could control electric blinds remotely with time settings and was told that I could and in the end had to pay a lot for a separate system to do so. Work fine but not happy with overall performance.Side comment: asked the fitter what time they would come to fit the blinds, didn’t give me an answer and turned up when I was in the middle of a work call. Arrived and was huffing and puffing with dissatisfaction the whole time he was fitting the blinds. Measurements incorrect so had to come back to fit properly and the same situation. Not impressed overall and still no response re coming back to ensure all of the fittings are the same colour.
