Great when you can get a hold of them. Engineers are super friendly and good at their job however I always find myself chasing them, there's no follow up. Such a shame, I'm now switching to another company.

This company was tasked to service an oil boiler in a property I have recently bought. This work was carried out at our request through the previous owner. Once in the property an overpowering smell of oil was evident, to the point that other people commented on it. We have since had an engineer in to try and sort the problem, whom identified that the oil nozzle was not fit for purpose and completely wrong for the make of boiler, but the service report stated that the oil nozzle had been replaced. Our engineer took at least 20mins to remove the fittings to replace the nozzle, because said fittings were rusted over, which shouldn’t have happened if the nozzle was changed four months ago. This is just one of the issues we have encountered. My advice would to be to avoid this company so you don’t have to deal with issues later on.
