In one word, reliable, can always rely on Excel to drop my parcels off, much more than previous courier companies I have used. Its a difficult industry but Excel seem to have their finger on the pulse with it. Congratulations on a great service guys!

This company is exploiting it's couriers and recently is facing the Employment Tribunal. They force couriers to wear their uniform, and act like a representative of the company to customers, but employs you as an self-employed"

I worked for this company for 2wks and got no pay, do not take a job with them, they are crooks and have left me pissed off, also their clients/customers are a nighmare so beware. the call centre is not a good place to work, far too many chiefs and not enough Indians, almost everyone there wants to leave. so what does that tell you.
