Ian To is a very pro-active manager, meeting the clients needs and expectations on site. He will manage and deliver the works and making sure all aspects pre and post the works are covered. We find Ian a very professional and friendly person to deal with.

I can honestly say that I have had the best experience with Rentokil. I needed help with a hygiene clean up for my sick parents house and my consultant Ian To made such a stressful experience much more easier. Ian ensured to let me know in detail what was best for the house through a thorough consultation by visiting the house and providing a breakdown of the service. Within a couple of days 2 specialist hygienists had been confirmed to clean the house. The service was extremely quick and both men were so friendly. They had no problem fixing areas that I felt needed more work and communication was great. They did such a great job and ensured that my dad's house was clean enough for him to return home after a 3 month stay in hospital.Overall, I felt that Ian was very understanding and sympathetic to my situation and had brought a human touch to his service. He had made a daunting job easy to manage and I am very grateful to have worked with him to get the job done. I would highly recommend Rentokil to anyone!

Great customer service, Ian To, met me today and spoke to me about all the possible opportunities that we could get from the company. While they have been here for over 2 years they have been a great team to have in our hotel l. Richard has and Jerry have been a great asset to us and we cant wait to use them again.

What fantastic service, and so proactive in addressing difficult issues. We had the aftermath of a family death to deal with and Rentokil were so clear and so assiduous. Their technicians showed both kindness and sensitivity and the organisation was superb. A special shout out to Ian To, who was, and still is, outstanding. Very grateful for such care at a difficult time.

We have had need of Rentokil service in an emergency as we were literally one evening before moving into the new house we were going to rent. The specialist Ian To came in late in the afternoon, gave us a thorough analysis of the situation and came back immediately afterwards to sanitize the house from a bad case of black mould in the kitchen area. After around two months the mould started growing back and Ian came back very quickly to assess the situation. Apparently there is a lack of insulation in the external walls so he offered guidance in how to proceed. The landlord agreed and we are in the process of having the works necessary being completed. We can't really be other than grateful to Mr. To for his professionalism and proactivity with our case. We will definitely use Rentokil if other issues arise that can be taken care of by them.

As always Ian To gives us great customer service and ensures we are looked after when it comes to our standard of Hygiene Service, he has guided us with the deep clean for the drains flies in the bar area and the standards are high.
