Just bought a brand new Ford Puma and cannot praise these guys enough!Firstly from Grace, then from on Katie, we have been regularly updated at the car's build progress (which incidently, came much earlier than anticipated) to the point of collecting the vehicle.We also very much appreciated the explanation of how al the controls worked, along setting up our phones, etc.Excellent from start to finish - a massive THANK YOU!

It is refreshing to find a new car dealership that goes the extra mile for customers where no one can do enough for you. From the moment I decided that the Ford Puma was the car for me, the service I got from Katie, Tom and Dave was first class. I would definitely recommend this dealership to all.

Absolutely shocking customer service. Van went in with a fault. its been there a week,not been looked at yet and been told it will probably take a month!! i only know this because I had to drive up there to speak to someone as no one including the manager returned my call. shocking. I'll be taking it back and going elsewhere

Oliver was a great point of sale representative; he went above and above for me and couldn't do enough.After the sale, I discovered a few problems and had to email about them. H gave me a call the next day and was really helpful.A few instances of miscommunication leading to additional issues were encountered, but these were resolved.Due to the problems, I did decide to return the vehicle and select a different one; the staff at Cribbs Trust Ford were very kind and let me do this.The new car has had a few minor problems, but Oliver has been fantastic and is making every effort to resolve them.With any lucky, this newest problem will be the last.I do think that the Cribbs team was unaware of all the problems, and they would not have sold the car if they had.In the future, would I make another purchase from this Trust Ford? I would, provided that they maintain the present group of dedicated employees who consistently go above and beyond.Additionally, Adrian and Michael deserve a huge thank you for their tremendous assistance and understanding.

Faultless from start to finish. I was introduced to Chelsea who is a spec genius and showed me the cars she thought would suit my needs best and helped answer any questions I had on them, she's very kind and down to earth. And then I met cheeky Conner who initiated all of my finance plan seamlessly and provided me with all the help I needed. Ford have been great and I'm very happy to have chosen them and hope to continue using them in the future.

Excellent service staff members was all very helpful especially Sundas , with all extras that could be added to buying my new car. Got a excellent part exchange for my old car. All handled quickly and hand over of new car, any problems with new car they fixed to a excellent standard. Always buy from ford as always had excellent service.

Beautiful car well worth the wait , quite a few irritating problems but eventually sorted by 1 great member of staff Turner Mason who went above and beyond to turn it around and delivery man could no do enough to show me how to find all the new gadgets , even offering to come back to my house again if I needed any further help.

Staff are very friendly, nothing is too much trouble. We had Tom serving us and he was amazing, he explained things so well and answered all our questions. I would highly recommend them and to Tom, we'll done you are an amazing asset to the company.

The service I received was outstanding. The sales person went through all the cars in the categories I was interested in and was happy to show me any I liked the look of. He went through the features of each one and was interested in what I had to say. He gave me options I hadn't thought of. Once I had decided on a car he went through the various purchase options and the other additions such as warranties in great details. I would have no hesitation in recommending TrustFord at Cribbs Causeway.
