Excellent service by Ms Davies. Had a same day appointment for a sore eye as no other optician in the area would see me!!! Good treatment and advice. Would thoroughly recommend.

Having got stuck in Radyr due to roads flooding I rang the Llandaff office on behalf of my wife to explain she would be approx 10 mins late and I was thanked for doing so.Arriving 11 minutes late my wife was told that it was no longer possible to see her and that it was fully explained to me on the phone. This was a complete and utter lie. I'd have told her to turn around if that was the case.I've been to that optician myself many times and I've often had to wait more than 10 minutes for my appointment which is apparently ok as long as it's on their terms.Edit.Thanks for the response. It's more around the blatant lying to my wife that was the issue. If you could ask your staff not to do that in future then i'm sure that would help.
