I called for emergency repairs and was greeted with a friendly guy who was very helpful and advised me on what would be best for me. No pressure into anything and very reasonable pricing. Would definitely recommend.

Called today as house kept tripping out when washing machine plugged in. Guy cam round, tested, mended it as it was the element that had gone. Very highly recommed. Gr8 service

Not at all happy with this service. Even tho I gave the exact appliance number to get a new seal on my fan oven the guy showed up, didn't have the part. He then charged me £50 for literally 10 mins of his time saying he could order the part for £45 and then charge me again for fitting it. Frankly I was livid. I then found the part for £32 and was even more upset. Not a bad days work £50 for nothing!

Cannot praise this business highly enough. Have used them several times and they have always been efficient and professional. They do not take liberties with their charges. I am a landlord and i know i can rely on them to do the job as quickly as possible. It would be wonderful if all service companies were as reliable and professional (yet friendly)as this one. I would have no hesitation in recommending them as they have never let me down.

Called Home Appliance as a mum of 2 with a broken washing machine it was a emergency, Pete came out and calmed me down and fixed the machine within a hour, cant believe the service offered and the price! Thank you
