Manager was nothing but rude & disrespectful towards my mother! My mother is getting on a bit & the Manager had absolutely no time for her at all. I stood back in the background & watched her talk to my mother like a child!!! I felt SICK!I also noticed how disrespectful she was to her lovely, young, staff member!! Awful woman, awful management!!!I certainly would NOT put up with that behaviour!! As a manager myself i was disgusted!! RUDE to say the least! She needs to know her place in the work place! Talk to people & NOT AT people!! Annoying to say the least!Would not recommend anyone shop at EE in Sutton. Manners are given for FREE!! Learn to use them & learn some RESPECT!! Suggest management needs changes or training to work in this century!!

Staff seemed friendly but were unwilling to help with our problem.One member of staff sent us to another phone repairer in the vicinity, the other just made it clear that EE's procedures meant we could not save our potentially lost data.. even though that was accomplished elsewhere.Seems like the kind of place for people with more money than sense.

Staff busy helpful no pressure to buy

I popped in on a Saturday to get a sim only contract.. staff were very helpful and polite.. staff member asked if I’d checked out online deals, I hadn’t! I checked and the online deal was better than the shop could offer me! Thank you to you both! That’s what I call putting the customer first! ❤️

Atrocious! Simply awful customer service. Similar experience to some other people. Misselling, didn't want to honour a returns guarantee, conflicting & incorrect advice & when asked to speak to the manager (they mysteriously weren't available yet were able to liaise with me, via staff, several times). After returning a data sim shortly after purchasing due to network coverage issues, the store eventually agreed to provide a refund (after considerable time making calls to the store, CS & travelling between 2 stores). Refund was to follow shortly after I returned the sim. Taking nearly 6 weeks to get my money back!DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE.While I wouldn't hold this terrible service against EE, I'd recommend only to deal directly with EE online & be VERY wary of Franchised Stores.

Myself and my wife visited there today ,First time looking for new provider to walk in to an oven ,The Heat was extreme . Two staff who did not even get up or Know what products EE were offering, I had to look online to show them their own offers !. The Guy was Clueless and The Female Really Rude and Sarcastic .We left And had Great service from start to finish at Vodaphone They now have Two new clients on a 24 month contract.

Went into this store on Saturday for help with my new phone. Was met with a clueless pair of employees, the female was passive aggressive & sarcastic. When I left to go to a different phone shop the female sarcastically shouted byeeee as i left the store. Would not recommend this place to anybody!!

Excellent service in store this morning, had some problems where I was being over charged on my bill and the manager was able to pick up on the problem immediately and resolve the issue. He took the time to look into previous bills and break it all down for me so I fully understood everything and also sorted us out with some credit as a courtesy for the trouble. I couldn't be more pleased, keep up the good work!
