I started doing 1 class a week with Nat almost 2 years ago. I used to be fit, playing hockey and going to the gym at work 3 times a week but had to stop playing hockey, left work so other than occasional walks and bike rides that was me. I put on weight gradually, got older and decided that was probably me from now on. I had been doing the class with Nat for 4 moths when she told me she was going to start HIIT classes and asked if I was interested. I was, but was concerned it may be too much for me, 53 years old, 1 stone heavier than I liked and not as fit as I used to be. Nat reassured me I would be fine and there would be less intense options for me if I needed them. I started HIIT a year last January, before Covid was around and did just the one class. I wont lie, it was hard but I didn't go for the easier options, I always like to push my self but loved it, felt like I had really done a long exercise class which, was actually over in 35 mins. That month, me and my husband also decided to have a month off the booze and try to eat more healthier with the hope to loose some weight and feel fitter. We really got into Nat's classes and carried on with the healthy eating and cut out alcohol during the week. Covid locked us all down in March, , Nat started on-line zoom classes, I was able to to 3 or 4 classes a week and by May I had lost 2 stone...never had I been able to loose weight so easily and enjoy it. A year has past and I now eat more, drink more, still do 3 classes a week and have just stared Bootcamp which is great to be outdoors with a really nice bunch of people. The weight has stayed off.Nat and Marv are great motivators, give good advice and are really interested in helping you achieve you goals so give them a try, you will get fitter, feel better mentally and physically., I promise

I came to Martin needing to loose some weight and improve my posture. I have worked a desk job for the past 20 years and my poor posture was beginning to give me back issues.Martin created a personal training program that helped improve my strength and energy levels. Helping me to lose 2 stone. I have also been attending Martins Pilates classes, which have noticeably improved my posture and has eased my back pain! I would definitely recommend Martin if you want a personal trainer that will get you motivated and fit.

I have been Personal Training with Martin for 6 months now working with him twice a week for 30 minutes, I initially bought a 6 week package but it was that good and I saw results quickly I continued. The first few sessions I found hard to last the half an hour but within a couple of weeks of doing the PT sessions and a session at home that Martin gave me to do I have improved my fitness no end and lost weight, people are commenting about how well I look! I feel great and now I see Marv twice a week for 45 minutes. It’s brilliant I really recommend him as a trainer.Jim

I have been going to Nat since January 2020, I have joined gyms and had personal trainers in the past but I have never stuck at these for long, with Nat at NJoy Health it’s totally different, I started off with one HIIT class a week but I now do 4 classes a week including a core class and circuit training & now I actually look forward to the classes, she is highly motivating and professional & very warm and friendly... I have also lost over 2 stone and dropped 2 dress sizes and I couldn’t be happier. I would highly recommend NJoy Health for a happier, healthier lifestyle.
