Excellent customer service by Carl and Matthew. They promptly loaded the trailer up with the building materials today and have done on previous visits too. They always keep me right as I have very limited knowledge on building materials as nothing is too much trouble for them going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. 5 stars all round! Wasn't sure what I needed but was approached by Carl who explained everything in detail and practically built all the piping ready to attach.Excellent service and would fully recommend this place for anyone doing DIY! Been looking for a local store for a diy materias. It is used by traders and general public.Prices are very competitive for items compared to other diy stores. Excellent customer service and if you spend over £25, then free local delivery. Most others charge upto £50. You can fill on online form for material and recieve a quote before paying.The inside of the store has all fixtures and fittings you nay need from a post hole diggers to PPE. If you looking for plumbing items or need an olive, then have a look.You be surprised.
