A Draconian style school in which a pupil who may have lost his pen would be punished with a 40-minute detention. Favouritism among pupils is absolutely rife. It seems that pupils that are not among the favoured are discouraged, punished for the most menial thing and subdued at every moment. Systematically demoralising the unfavourable.

We removed our daughter due to concerns. The final straw was both parents attending GCSE options night with our daughter, our daughter selecting her preferences and then receiving an email from the school to say options had to be done again as the school was reorganising. It is a poorly run school this one.

I used to live in hong kong in china then moved to toxteth liverpool. so ive been at this school since year 7 i am now in year 10 so many things about this school make me dread and utterly grieve with sympathy towards those who attend this so called school. as a student i felt so deeply hurt and left out.kids in this school have no self control and disrespect the teachers.Once a document camera fell onto a teachers head as she was annotating a text in maths (miss riding) i was sitting at the front and every student started to giggle and laugh once i laughed i recived a one hour long detention. i felt so deeply picked on and have no words to describe the rollercoatser of emotions i was feeling.another time a head teacher (mr ohagen) he was shouting at me and spit came out of his mouth onto my face (during covid-19) .truely disgusted.

My kid got bullied here and the teachers done nothing.

Excellent school, very good body of dedicated teachers. I believe with this new management and it's notable work it has a great potential to became one of the most successful schools of Liverpool area.

It is a good school and I got to it.

Don't send your kids to this school. The classes are unorganised and out of control - very messy, the teachers have absolutely no control over the students. The students have no control and are very disrespectful and rude. My daughter went there for under a week and felt very isolated and uncomfortable - her 'guide buddy' didn't help her at all and even lost her in the hallway and didn't look back. She came back home extremely upset and she never came back there. Please, do yourselves a favour and find another school - this school isn't worth your time and stress.
