A spectacular end to a spectacular day. We chose Illusion to put on a display as a grand finale to our wedding day... Best decision we ever made! Such a fantastic way to bring everyone together at the end of a busy wedding day, everyone said how brilliant the display was. We have enjoyed working with Illusion and they have been more than flexible to all of our needs. Despite the high winds on the evening the display was totally magical all of our guests were blown away! Thank you!

Breathtaking wedding fireworks display!Illusion Fireworks really pulled out all of the stops and gave our guests a Disney-like firework ending to our wedding. It was a display like nothing we had all seen before- The sky lit up with colours and a spectacular final display.During the entire planning process Karl kept in communication with us and on the day, his friendly team set up discreetly to give our guests a surprise! We were treated to a professional display which was well timed, with each set of fireworks complimenting the set before. I think our friends and family will be expecting us to call on Illusion Fireworks for every event we have!

I have only clicked 1 star as its the only way I can leave a review.Absolutely AWFUL. Ridiculous prices forevent! How are regular families supposed to afford £5 per ride! If you have 3 kids you'd need a bank loan. People are struggling with the cost of living and just want something nice to do for their families yet they are being exploited and the event had little to offer. The singers couldn't sing. No complaints about the weather thankfully that turned out great. I won't be attending EVER AGAIN and will not RECOMMEND. Very poor

Fireworks were set off way to close to the car park and ended up damaging my paint work and panoramic roof and windscreen

Been going to the Abingdon fireworks for the summer and bonfire night displays for a few years now. By far the best fireworks event (and best value)you will see with much longer displays than the local displays and so much more to do other than stand around waiting for one show. Fairground, endless stalls and games etc. The only issue ive ever seen them have was on Saturday due to the grass being too dry however even without the colossal finale it was still a bigger show than most local shows and had already seen 4 other smaller shows before the main one. Highly recommended, very well run event. Hopefully they are able to prevent setting the field on fire next summer!

Going through wedding memories and found these. It was an honour to have champions going above and beyond for our special day. Our guests still talk about the display over a year on! Not only do you create the most magical displays but the way you go about your displays is the best of the best. Thanks again :)

Watched illusionfireworks at market harborough, summer festival of light and I was blown away by the display! I don't think I have ever seen so many fireworks! There was.... NO STOPPING..... BETWEEN THE POPPING!! Absolutely beautiful! It really was a piece of art. Kids are still talking about it and will have the memories forever.

I was driving back from Exeter on the M4 having dropped my son back at university and got caught up in a HUGE traffic jam near Newbury. Only later I realised this was for a flippin’ fireworks display! The entire A34/M4 Junction 13 at Chieveley was gridlocked in ALL directions. I live in Ashampstead, so was forced to go through Hermitage with all the 000s of poor people queueing in cars to get into the showground. I was tired after driving to Exeter and back (5hrs driving) and I needed this delay -- literally 5 miles from home - -- like a hole in the head. It took me 1hr 15mins to drive 2miles through all the chaos caused by Xplosive events.Note: this company is greedy and devious, & cares not about customers. Their Facebook pages started filling up with comments from disappointed customers, which, of course were swiftly deleted (by Xplosive minions managing their social media). These negative comments were replaced magically! (no doubt by some placed stooges too) with happy, positive reviews. They are burying all the bad news about last Sunday.I hope this company get what they deserve in future for this bad behaviour and disgraceful customer service. DO NOT give them the pleasure of your £s or attendance.
