Rung up the day before my 9am deadline, with over 700 pages needing printing. I spoke to Joe on the phone who was really helpful and said they would be able to get it all printed over night and even deliver it to the office. It arrived perfectly, ahead of time and stapled! Was able to pay over the phone as well - would definitely recommend!!

I have ordered from them twice already and yes the product is great, went back for the third time wanting to understand how their pricing worked in order to place more orders in the future. However, their customers service is terrible! At times I would not receive any response to my emails, I have to repetitively ask the same questions 2 or 3 times to get an answer and even then questions were ignored. The reply to the emails are rather short, not informative nor friendly. It's unfortunate because I really liked the product they produced but won't be coming back as it's more hassle to even get a decent response back.

Outstanding service from Joe and his team. Super responsive, prompt delivery and fantastic printed product(s). Joe responded to my initial query significantly faster than 4 other city-based providers. Understood the request and the timescales and delivered as promised. The invoicing system was quick and easy to use. The end printed products were fantastic - really, really professional. You can tell Joe and his team care about their craft. Would recommend in a heartbeat.
