We had an emergency due to a water leak under our kitchen sink. We called out Bill and he was excellent throughout. Very professional, courteous, polite and responsive to our plea for help. They dealt with an issue at my mums house, came Bill came round 15 mins after first message was sent, understood the issue and arranged a time to come back. Both lads were professional, hard working, tidy and responsive. Would definitely recommend these lads to anyone looking for work to be done. Couldn't have wished for better tradesman

Joe, Bill and Gui have been to our property to resolve numerous faults from a previous plumber. Throughout, they have been well organised, punctual and courteous. Stayed after hours to ensure the job is completed, listened to the brief and delivered exactly what was required. We only wish we had met them at the beginning of our refurbishment, rather then at the end. Thank you guys! Billy and Joe plus another 3 arrived at 7am as agreed to replace a boiler, pump,6 new radiators, an all round central heating upgrade.The first job was carpet protection to all areas it’s refreshing to have professional tradesmen that respect your property, everyone new exactly the scope of works. The job was totally completed unwanted materials properly disposed of and all relevant documentation completed by 6pm. Billy oversaw every aspect.I was left with a fully commissioned system and our property was spotless.A highly recommended professional knowledgeable top notch company.Brilliant thanks to Billy, Joe the entire team excellent !

Totally incompetent. Installed our boiler some years ago with wiring such that the boiler was on all the time. Despite many promises would not attend to deal with issues after installation. Our fuel bills have been huge for years before the problem was just discovered.
