Costa Coffee
Stopped off at Ormskirk on my way to Southport .I found this Costa store to be very clean including the toilets.The Staff on duty were very pleasant,with my order being a pot of tea ,medium Cappuccino,2 portions of toast with marmalade.The service was very swift at this popular Costa which gets quite busy with the locals ,as there's only around 14 tables available inside with just 4 tables outside on the pavement at the front of the store .I really enjoyed the Costa experience today (Saturday 15 October 2022) & wouldn't hesitate in returning back again in the future or recommending a visit .

Tropical cooler was poor. Manager seemed a bit miserable when I asked to change it for something else but oh well, we all have off days. The replacement coffee was really nice. I go in Costa a lot but in Wigan so this was the first one I'd been to elsewhere for a little while. They had upstairs seating which I liked and the toilets looked clean.

Went in for coffee and a quick treat whilst waiting for my son to finish an exam. Service was great and although the cinnamon bun was ever so slightly dry on the outside but perfect in the middle the coffee was fantastic. I travel a lot and go to most coffee chains but I have to say it was by far the best tasting cortado I have ever had. I would have had another but would have possibly been climbing the walls fantastic service and coffee what more can you ask for.

1st visit to this Costa in Ormskirk, only had coffee's, so can't comment on anything else, sat outside, service OK.

Coffee was fine. Good space to work but was very busy. Staff were decent and wasn't rushed despite being packed.

Not impressed at all, I ordered a mocha and a cappuccino, I don't think it's reasonable to charge 45p extra for lactose free milk. It's not for fun, it's a necessity.Coffee was bitter and process extortionate.Sort it out Costa. At over 3£ for a small coffee, surely you've already made your profit without penalising lactose intolerant people too.

Good location, friendly but often understaffed. Today customers had to clear tables as the couple behind the counter were run off their feet.
