First time customer and I booked in online for a Motorcycle MOT. Test done on arrival, friendly and professional service. Even made time for a bit of bike chat. 100% recommend and will use again for my other bikes.

We’ve just moved into the area and needed an MOT. They have an efficient online booking system so the car was in and out in under an hour. It failed on previous advisories. The guys did an excellent job of getting the job done and now the brakes feel like….new. I need my car for work, so an honest and reliable garage is a must. Will be back again.

I was tripping from Cambridge to Preston when the engine light turned on whilst losing most of the power. Arrived at the garage with my old Rav4 at 4:30PM on Monday. They offered to do a diagnostic on it, I agreed.In about 30/45 minutes the mechanic managed to identify the problem (exhaust gas recirculation flow) that then fixed by resetting the alert (the EGR valve was dirty, not broken). He did also explained in detail the problem and gave me advices on how to clean the EGR valve. With my basic mechanical skills today I tried to follow him suggestion and successfully solved the problem by myself, also discovered that thanks to that my car stopped emitting a lot of black smoke from the exhaust.I would give 6 stars if only I could, brilliant service.

Realised very late that my MOT was due. Thankfully this great garage has online booking and had 2 slots left for the next day. Booked in which avoided a sleepless night!Everything completed that next day so can now drive my car with confidence again, definitely recommend.

We had an issue with our Audi A7 BI TDi where it lost power and the glow plug light was on.They managed to book the car in very quickly and advised it could be the turbo actuators and the first step would be to replace these. At a reasonable cost the car is once again drivable (and enjoyable!).After using a couple of garages in the glossop area and feeling slightly let down (car being in long time and a van coming out with worn brakes and not being told!) I'll definitely be taking the car and our work vans for an future repairs.

Turned up with no appointment/booking with a sudden knocking sound. Within minutes my car was on the lift and diagnosed. Problem solved and back on the road within 24hrs. No complaints from us!

Having been let down by Kwik Fit with them cancelling my appt when I arrived (and the day before my MOT was due) Lee saved the day. He was able to fit me in straight away and sort out my MOT which I was SO grateful for. They are a lovely, friendly team and so quick and efficient. Would highly recommend, they really helped me out. Harrisons never fail to help me! They squeezed me in and got my car MOT done when I was previously screwed over by another garage. They got my car fixed in 3 days and went above and beyond making sure my car was safe for me and my little girl. Claire in Reception is amazing!!
