Very pleased with the service of Suns Lifestyle from Reilly in sales, Natasha who is the coordinator through to Christian and Brent the installation team. My wife and I would highly recommend this company FIRST CLASS.

Our order was processed quickly. We needed a slightly non-standard design but this caused no issues and was dealt with carefully. Christian and Brent came to fit the pergola and were efficient, friendly and professional. They made contact the night before to confirm their arrival time and did a very good (and tidy) job. Would recommend the company and their service.

My pergola was installed yesterday. Unfortunately the paintwork is very poor and flaking off on multiple parts around the structure. The installers did not notice this. I noticed immediately and called to report and send photos and a video. I have yet to hear back to acknowledge the issue and when the damaged parts will be replaced. Not what you would expect for a £10k plus premium product.

A good company, customer service great all the way through. Steve and Glenn who came to install our pergola were very knowledgeable and did everything to get the installation perfect. Really pleased with the end result would highly recommend.

Before ordering a gazebo I had many questions through emails which were answered promptly on each occasion by Ryan. Once my order was placed I was kept up to date with delivery, which to my delight, was earlier than expected. Craig from their installation team phoned me on the day of delivery to arrange installation which was within a couple of days. The installation was first class. A couple of days later a minor issue with one of the side screens meant I had to contact them. Once again, they replied instantly and Craig came out within 2 days to correct the screen. The gazebo is fabulous and living in Scotland we use it constantly when it’s raining as well as on rare sunny days. I have recommended Suns Lifestyle to a friend and two neighbours who have knocked on my door asking where I got the gazebo. Many thanks to Ryan, Lynn and Craig for a first class service. Highly recommend!

From the original email sent for further information, to our order placed online, the regular check ins to finally, the delivery and yesterday's install - I truly couldn't recommend Suns Lifestyle enough.We placed an order then after checking my 'man math' we had to change our order.
