Have to say I was very impressed by the advice I received today. I called to see if I could purchase a replacement belt for a relatively new washing machine after looking online at troubleshooting. Rather than take the sale, i was advised to take the back off the machine and check a couple of things first. They were right, the belt had cone off and was an easy fix. Great advice.

I needed a new oven and John went above and beyond to find me a top quality oven and fitted it next day. The service was second to none and I highly recommend John Carrolls if your needing a new appliance or repair. You don't get this level of service from Curries or Argos.

Have used this business mainly for repairs & advice over many years & have now dealt with three generations of Carroll's. I have got to say the service & advice is second to none. All are motivated in achieving a successful outcome to whatever your quiery may be. Highly recommend this business to anyone looking for old school honest service.

Family have used John beforehand so came highly recommended. Rang this morning as needed a new fitted oven, given choice of two that he had in stock, after checking them out on websites rang John and he came out and fitted it within 3 hours! Excellent service, compliant with Covid rules, what more could you ask for, would definitely recommend John.
