Bluebird Care is one of the few care companies that I can recommend to anyone for a Service or Job with a 10/10 rating on their excellent service that they provide for both their clients and employees.

I recently started working with Blue bird care and I am really pleased I chose them. What I like most is their quick response and solutions to problems you encounter at the work place. I will highly recommend them to anyone who wants to help make a difference.

I started working for Bluebird care in March during the first lockdown. I have loved working for the company, I have been excellently supported with anything I need. I would highly recommend bluebird care to anyone looking for a new carer path in care or looking for a care provider for relatives. All of the staff go above and beyond their duties and have a lovely relationship with their customers.

My experience within the company has been very sufficient since working for the last 3 months, the company has been very reliable and have been great with communication. I have adjusted very well in the workplace and have felt very supported when needing any help or guidance. Bluebird has definitely shown that we all work as a team and we all do our very best to not only make the environment a better place but also ourselves and the clients.

My own experience since I joined Bluebird Care there is a lot to say the list is endless. Bluebird Care is 100% reliable and extremely efficient, you call they answer they will be at your service within the expected time. Bluebird Care cares about their clients they give first priority, as well as taking care of their employees. Bluebird Care gave me a warm welcome. The management have a good communication and good managerial skills always there to assist 24hrs they are a good team leaders. They make my care job easier at all times, the management always have solutions to problems we encounter as care workers. The carers do proper handover, payments on time. Bluebird Care uses an advanced system for it's client's information to be saved well instead of using pens and papers. Keep shining and keep up an excellent service.

I've been working at Bluebird Care since 2015.From the beginning, everybody has made me feel very welcome. I’ve received strong support from the management and care workers. I started out as a care worker, and have had the opportunity to progress up in company. They see my potential and want to work with me to grow my skills and knowledge in care. The company are very supportive to its care workers and customers. Its definitely a great place to work!

Superb!An excellent company to work for. A very good Management and office team that go above and beyond. They have supported me throughout my induction and introducing me to my lovely client and her family. Support and training is ongoing. Communication is fantastic across all levels. Such a great place to work at. I recently started working for Bluebird Reading and I'm truly amazed by the level of support offered to the staff by the management team. The recruitment process was really easy and quick thanks to Vicky. All the managers are amazing and just a phone call away whenever you need help and assistance, specially Kerry who's the most polite person I've ever talked to. The clients are lovely and with time, you start connecting with them in a way that your job doesn't seem like work anymore. I was also offered regular supervisions and Sophie was kind enough to answer all my queries. In short, it's more like a family than a workplace. Glad to be part of team Bluebird.
