Jess is wonderful. I have been a client for over 7 years.Jess is professional and understanding. All her treatments are of the highest quality using the most up to date equipment. Jess knows how and why the treatments work and explains everything you want to know about. I have a bespoke treatment plan to suit my individual requirements.I would give Jess 6 stars if I could.On top of this the clinic is inside the BST Fitness centre in Park way, it has easy parking and it’s free.

I have been receiving hair removal (electrolysis) treatment from Jess for the past 12 months. My treatment is almost complete and I am extremely pleased with the results. Throughout this time my confidence has grown. It is a pleasure to visit Jess, she is extremely warm and welcoming, she is professional, diligent and highly skilled at what she does. Thanks Jess.

Been seeing Jess for 7-8 years. She knows the theory behind treatments and has a very good number of options available. She goes on courses and updates equipment as new techniques become available. I have tried most things and now have a bespoke facial that I vary occasionally.
