CWM Environmental Llanelli Household Recycling Centre

I have always found the staff extremely helpful and friendly. Really surprised by some of the horrible reviews and comments with regards to staff being unhelpful and people’s accents. Your accent doesn’t determine where you live or whether you should use a certain recycling centre. It’s good to see so many people recycling and keeping our area clean, regardless of their accents!The staff have always been helpful and have approached me a few times to offer help. They have Always been polite and courteous even when they have been very busy. I certainly appreciate the staff there and the recycling facilities :)

Lovely staff at the gate but once you're in there the bins are far too high and staff were rude and visibly laughing and pointing at both myself and my fiancée (yes we look a little alternative bc we are). All we wanted to do was get rid of a broken pull along trolley, they didn't have to be so rude, especially to my fiancée who struggles with social anxiety as it is.Do your damn job and don't be rude!!

Bins are very high making it difficult for anyone (young or old) to safely deposit their rubbish. When my mother asked for help she was given a sarcastic response and made to feel very uncomfortable by an older member of staff. Unnecessary and upsetting for her.

Always a pleasure to use these facilities, we'll managed and easy to navigate. Booking in advance is obviously better as you can get the slot you want. Also recommend you sort everything into categories before hand.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Could do with a couple more though. Really busy at weekends so had to queue a while. Difficult to pull over at the wood, green waste and hardcore as there are only about 8 or 9 spaces. Make sure you take proof of address or you may be refused entry.

Very impressed with this Recycling Centre as having just moved to the area I have quite a lot of stuff to get rid of. It's very well organised and the staff are polite and very helpful.Excellent.

Super helpful staff! Car had an electrical issue and your man Shane came over and sorted us right out! ground connection was loose. Couldn't thank him enough - drove out of there with smiles for miles.

Staff refused to help my mother as she was unable to open the boot of her car due to injured wrist. They said was due to rules onsite. Also, Bin are too high to safely throw in bags and items in without injuring shoulders or hitting other people.
