LRO Insurance

Do not use this company. We had market trader insurance which included stock loss and business interruption cover. We made a claim after the London terror attacks and they showed no empathy during the claim and were very unclear in their communication. In the end they would not payout as we did not have terrorist cover, which is fair enough. But before the treasury declared it as a terror attack the insurers wrote and said our claim was not valid for various reasons which I still don't understand. Furthermore we we didn't have various extensions, but even if we did have those extensions they still wouldn't pay out. I have asked for clarification and they have not replied. No point to having this insurance.
