Terrible experience! No clear answers, unprofessional attitude! Don't waste your time, we did unfortunately...He saw the ring, said it will be easy done" and he happy to do that ! we waited for over 2 weeks when he back from holiday. When I contacted him after he said he won't take the job no explanation no apologies! We wasted our time. But we found very good jeweller in Winchester

What fantastic craftsmanship!I have a ring (silver and diamond) that has snapped no less than 3 times on the band at the back! I've had it repaired in seemingly reputable jewellers. I visited Goldwood last week for a repair having never used their services before. The difference in the quality of work is phenomenal. He made the band a little thicker and coated it (I don't know the tech spec) so it's now stronger and looks brand new. I can no longer see a join either which I could with all other repairs. I highly recommend this jeweller. Thank you

My wife broke her finger and had to have her rings (Wedding and Engagement) resized. H Samuel quoted around £1400. Goldwood resized and Rhodium plated both rings for £150. He's a lovely helpful guy and is a great local business. You can find his shopped tucked away down the Warwick Lane walkway off Wickham Square.

Robbie did a great job fixing my wife’s Gucci necklace, which had the clasp snapped. He quoted a fair price and fixed within a day and messaged me when to collect. Great service, so thank you again. I would definitely use again for any jewellery repairs. Ernest Jones quoted £120 and 6 weeks!
