From the fantastic ladies on reception to Ross himself. I felt comfortable right from the start and knew I was in the right place. Had my final appointment yesterday and it's no exaggeration that the final product has changed my life. I'm still smiling. I was told Ross was the best and I wasn't disappointed. For all the people who are scared and even more so EMBARRASSED please consider going to this practice. I’ve not even completed my treatment yet but have been compelled to write this review. At the age of about 7 I had a fall from the top of a slide , after been butchered by a dentist I developed a fear of dentists. I damaged my secondary teeth while they were developing in the gums and over the years I have been left with very few and I was so embarrassed about going to the dentist to the point I would run from the waiting room. I now have dentures and a few months ago I lost yet another tooth. I found this practice on the web and decided to give them ago. I’m so pleased I did , EVERY person in this practice are a pleasure to meet , they are so considerate, friendly and understanding, they have all made me feel so at ease for the very first time in my life, I can’t recommend this place highly enough. I don’t need anyone to come with me for my appointments, I can walk in without fear or embarrassment. THANK YOU ALL so very much x

Cannot recommend highly enough. For years any dentures I had never fitted quite right and I was for ever breaking them. Here my mouth and dentures where looked at in detail. My current dentures where adjusted now have best fitted dentures in 30years.

I have always been scared of dentists, however the warmth and friendliness of the Receptionists and the Dental Staff was second to none and put me completely at ease. I would highly recommend this practice. I had a new denture made and fitted, and I am very pleased with it. Thank you Ross and all the staff for the excellent service.

Very professional service. I was so frightened but Nigel and Ross put me at my ease. Ross made and fit my full mouth implant dentures, mine was not easy or straightforward due to lack of bone and other problems, but Ross relished the challenge. He went above and beyond, going the extra mile until I was happy with results. Also the girls on reception and the nursing assistants are lovely, helpful and understanding. I have made good friends with all who work there, especially angie, who all made my journey a pleasure. Even now the after service is excellent, and I know if I have any questions or problems I would not hesitate to contact them for advice.Thank You Chapmans

When you enter the Centre, you know what to expect - great service from people who know what they're doing and care about how they do it. All staff are friendly, courteous and take a personal as well as professional interest in you. Cleanliness and attention to detail radiate everywhere.Ross must be a leader in his field. He explained the reasons for every procedure and carried them out with alacrity.The result is the best looking and comfortable denture I've ever had.I'd give the clinic my unreserved recommendation.
