Always the best pizza takeaway.During the pandemic it seems like quality and standards have dropped everywhere but not here.I have ordered from this papa John’s consistently for as long as I can remember.Always good hot food, courteous and competent drivers, I couldn’t complain about a single thing - and I love to complain!

Phoned up and raised my disappointment on an over £30 order, to my 2 inch crusts, and burnt cinnamon scrolls, and apparently all they can do is apologise....disgusted to be honest. Avoid.

Waited for over an hour for delivery - after phoning the store we were told it was because of the traffic despite o my living 10 mins away. We won’t be ordering from here again.

Papa Johns driver in a red car with ‘new driver’ sticker in Parsonage Lane nearly hit our car! He was going way over the speed limit on a wrong side of the road in a very narrow street. Completely careless. This person should not have a driving licence!

Placed an order online, after 40 mins three confirmation emails had come through but no progress on the stores own website. Called the store, had to repeatedly give the staff member the address, the postcode, name on order. When we tried to give the ooorder I had to listen to a lengthy explanation of why the order number provided in the papa johns confirmation emails weren’t of any use to the store…They refused to discuss a refund, saying that we needed to email the customer services team… only to find that trying to contact them through the website directed you back to contacting the store… shambolic.

Slow delivery when ordering more than two pizzas. No offer of refund for waiting nearly an hour for 6 pizzas. Better off using Dominos or Pizza Hut locally
