Very helpful garage my car needed repair at short notice and they managed to fit me in so I could get home from my holiday I would recommend.

Whilst on holiday we developed a small brake issue with our car. The garage was recommended by the campsite where we were staying and I know why! Very disappointed with attitude of reception guy today. Had car scheduled in for replacement disc pads booked a week ago. Called this morning to inquire if dropping off this morning would it be completed by 10:30 as I had builder arriving then. Guy said not possible could reschedule as they were very busy had no dates this week earliest could do was 17 February. I suggested if I dropped car off in next 15 minutes could someone give me lift back to meet builder. Answer no but could call you a taxi if that would help! Well done WRG will book in with Kwik fit.

After using River Valley garage (formerly Polgooth garage) for the past 15 years I thought it was time that I gave them a review. I have had my van, my wife's car and my two sons cars repaired by Gary and his crew on countless occasions. Besides the high level of technical service given, the customer care given by Stacey and Simon is second to none. always ready to offer best advice, before doing any work and keeping me informed of all developments is a service rarely given these days. 10 out of 10. If you want a customer friendly great garage - give River Valley a try - you will not regret it.

This Garage was recommended by someone we asked for directions. He said he has been using this Garage for years and they are very good. We had a dandling engine cover and we needed to fix it at earliest as it was a Friday. They were very friendly and offered to fix it within in just few minutes. When I went to pay for the job, I believe the manager or owner said that I did not need to pay. It was a pleasant surprise. A big thank you.
