Dreadful service. Booked a removal between 8-9am. When we called after 9am to find out how long they would be delayed for they told us they were cancelling the job. They cited the fuel shortage, but unclear why they couldn’t have let us know beforehand (or even during the 1 hour wait period…), particularly as ours must have been one of the first jobs of the morning. See from other reviews ours isn’t the only appointment they just haven’t shown up for.

We negotiated a house clearance with Green line during Covid restrictions clarifying that company personnel would enter our house as we cannot remove the waste ourselves. After four appointments at which no one attended I was told by a very unprofessional man that they would not come as they wouldn't enter the house. Marie who usually answers the phone is helpful and courteous, the rest are shambolic and unprofessional.

On time, on price, good comms, happy to recommend and will use again...Professional driver central London pickup trade waste.I thought our pick up wouldn't fit in, however the driver is awesome at Tetris and it all fitted, so didn't incur a second pick up!

We are delighted with the services that Greenline Environmental have provided us with during 2019 and we are looking forward to working with them again for our bespoke corporate festivals in 2020. Their attention to detail and Can do" approach makes them one of our best suppliers
