Nice place, good atendimento, huge variance of frames, but some frames very expensive

I moved out of the Pudsey area but I still went to Pudsey as the staff are very friendly almost like family

Friendly and helpful staff. Quick visit today. Only a few minutes for a repair. My late wife and I have gone here for several years now. They even expressed their condolences on her death.

have been going here for years for lenses and glasses. it's often a hit and miss with this store. I had a stock of lenses at home from covid times and wanted to freeze my direct debit. I had to ask 3 different people on different occasions to make sure it was done and they charged me again. recently bought some glasses which are perfect. however I had no idea I could get my lenses thinned out.. so for years I was wearing very block like glasses under the instruction of staff. then I wanted to trial a new pair of lenses and they charge you per appointment regardless of what they do at the appointment. there seems to be a lot of up selling which I get but don't let your customers miss out either. there was a 2 for 1 sale on glasses and I only got one pair because up selling of anti glare and lens thinning made the cost too much. but they could have offered me a pair without the add ons and I could have got two glasses for the same price

I called in today to have my hearing aid checked and was in and out within 20 minutes. The service was friendly, professional and prompt. Many thanks.

Went there with my client. They were very nice on the first visit. They checked his eyes and said he needed a new pair of glasses. We went back to pick them up. They were worse than his old pair. When he complained he was told his eyes needed to get accustomed to the new ones. I took him home and the next day he started to wear his new glasses. He felt over as he got dizzy this happened a couple more times and the dizziness persisted. I told him to put his old glasses back on and the dizziness stopped. We are go8ng back tomorrow and demanding a refund.

Went into get my glasses repaired tonight as a screw had came out, was asked to wait and someone would sort them for me. I was happy enough to wait but the girl that came to sort them for me never even said hello it took for me to say it first! she then took my glasses from me and started fixing them I told her how the other side was also loose too and needed righting, that was fine once she had fixed them and cleaned them but I put them straight onto my face without checking them. I’ve just got home and noticed this screw that is way to long for the frame it’s sharp and could scratch my face I’m not happy at all I’m so glad I noticed now and not when they scratched my face!

Absolutely 1st class service couldn't ask for better. On arrival I was taken care of straight away, made to feel very comfortable & relaxed. Very clean & the staff very attentive. 3rd visit to this particular branch& won't be the last. We'll done guys
