UPDATE AT BOTTOM OF REVIEWWould avoid at all cost got their joiner out to fix stairs before we could get carpet fitted took money for supplies never came back, cancelled and made so many excuses don't waste your time.UPDATE: Had a representative of the shop call after seeing the review and he was very courteous and couldn't apologize enough for what had happened. As a gesture of good will the owner of the shop kindly gifted a voucher for the money i had lost and is trying to get me a refund from the joiner. Pleasantly surprised by this gesture and was assured regent flooring values it's customers and good name which is rare these days. Will further update after carpet is installed.

Stephen, Glen, and David are always helpful and patient when you are choosing flooring. I have got my solid wooden flooring and now all upstairs carpets . Couldn't fault them on helpfulness and price.

From your walk into the store to getting your carpet fitted, a pleasant experience, friendly salesmen, nothing is too much trouble. My wee mum got carpet and felt the same as me. The carpet fitters are A1, they were so thoughtful toward my elderly mum who has Chronic pains and ensured they fitted the living room carpet first so she could sit in comfort, so thank you definitely would recommend this company

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish, as I was trying to move house quickly I had a large house to completely re-carpet in a short amount of time, glen had me booked in and finished within a week , fitters were great and also did a quick but brilliant job. I would highly recommend them, to anyone, for quality carpet, great prices and great service from start to finish , I will definitely be using them in the future.

Stephen showed me all the carpets in the colours I wanted. Booked me in to have it fitted due to a cancellation I was able to get it done today. The two men were polite and quick at their job. I was really happy with it. Would highly recommend regency carpets and the fitters . Great job thank you
