November 2023. Extremely helpful and friendly lady in the pro shop booked me in for a single visitor round and I really enjoyed playing the course even though it was a shorter version on many holes with tees on mats. It’s a pretty quirky layout with just one hole before crossing the main road for the other 17 holes and quite odd with the 18th hole some way from the clubhouse.Having said all of this the greens were excellent for the time of year and the holes were all very challenging. The par 3s are all very picturesque and the views can be terrific.Never played a course before with a fairway full of wild ponies so a new experience for meAll in all a really enjoyable break from your traditional parkland course and I enjoyed every hole and would happily have this as my home course.

I visited the Golf Club as a Non-Member and was warmly welcomed by all the Staff, they were all very friendly and helpful if we needed anything. The coffee was lovely and the homemade shortbread biscuits were the perfect addition. The Clubhouse had a lovely atmosphere. I will definitely be returning to Yelverton Golf Club for more coffees and a bite to eat! I would recommend to all.

Fabulous roast lunch carvery followed by excellent choice of desserts and coffee fantastic quality and value definitely recommend!

Played in perfect conditions . Gorgeous course with stunning views. Back nine can be quite a test. Very welcoming. Easy to hit a sheep. We thoroughly enjoyed this delightful course and will come back asap. Thank you

Had a lovely Sunday lunch last week for 32 of us for my mum’s birthday. Meal was nice and hot plenty to eat. Dessert had a very good choice. Not rushed at all and staff were very nice.

A fantastic golf day yesterday on a beautiful course with glorious views on the western side of Dartmoor. Of course it helps that the sun was shining. After our game we enjoyed a generous and lovely meal in the traditional old club house. We'll be back.

Love the animals wondering around greens were great, a must play course !!

My family wanted to celebrate my mother's birthday. I had heard of good reviews for Sunday lunch at the club. I booked for 10, including one vegetarian meal. The meal was excellent, service very good too. We weren't rushed, nothing was too much trouble and the chef boxed up a meal for someone in our party who was poorly. Thank you to all concerned

Great course. Couple of quite enjoyable blind holes. Fairways are nice. Exceptional well groomed and stable greens. But don’t take that for granted, as some of the slopes might surprise and cause you an extra course.
