Bought fish and chips a little while ago, but when we got home with purchase the chips were luke warm and fish batter wasn't cooked on the inside. Went back to complain but the manager said that when you close the box in which you get the fish the condensation affect the fish makes it go sticky. But did get a refund on one of the meals. Would nt recommend this place

Takes a while as all cooked fresh but we'll worth the wait, huge portions and really tasty. The girls are always friendly and polite but it's cash only.

I was a manager of a fish and chipshop for 7 years and would never dream of serving these old dry chips. Especially having just thrown fresh ones in the fryer. Wont be coming back again.

Best Chippy in South Bristol, massive pieces of cod and huge amounts of chips. One large fish and one regular chips is a meal for two

A great little chip shop with great food. The fish tastes great and the batter is crunchy. Chips are tasty and freshly made. The shame is that soon they will be closing as their tenancy is ending soon

Best fish and chips I had in a while, pity they're closing down.Would have given more for atmosphere if there was any, but there isn't which is not a bad thing because everything else makes up for it
