A smooth ride from start to finish. Reasonably priced, with no hidden extras. Lovely staff. Seamless and simple booking experience. And a really nice van. This is easily the best vehicle hire experience I've had in Aylesbury in many decades of living here. Would highly recommend.

We recently hired a Renault Clio for 20 days to tour Scotland and England. Much cheaper than the better known large hire car companies and much better service. Excellent experience from start to finish. We would definitely recommend 3B to everyone and will always use for future trips to the UK.

Friendly welcoming staff all very helpful and the vehicle checks carried out by the staff are very professional. No rush and every thing is explained clearly even down to the location of the fuel cap. Always a pleasure to hire from this company. Vehicles of a high standard of cleanliness. This is my third time hiring and always return as very good prices. Will do business with them again in the future.

What a scam! Had 200 pounds deducted from my deposit for alleged damage to wheel. Attached is photo, there is no damage, normal wear after 3.5 weeks of use. They offered to have their colleague" next door fix the damage. VERY sketchy. Do not rent from them

Would have given 0 stars given that option. WARNING - do not rent from these people. I had a very small scratch on the door and pointed this out to them upon return. This was no difference to average wear and tear or a small stone chip. I was charged without warning several weeks later they had taken 778 pounds directly from my bank account without any discussion. There are plenty of car hire companies hire from someone with a reputation to protect - this company is very shady""
