Premier appliance repairs

Called these guys (Richard) to come out to a leaky dishwasher. Seemed very professional, polite and courteous. £30 call out charge needed which would come off total bill. Told a load of fairy tales about being a family run business for years etc. Told me needed another £70 cash for the new seal. Said would be in touch in a few days when he had the part never to be heard from again. Ignored texts and phone calls. Have seen on other review pages has done same to others. Cheeky swine asked for feedback on his service before leaving. Avoid like the plague.

Richard was amazing with his service. Managed to fixed my fridge freezer on time, it was easy and efficient. His services was outstanding and was mazes of how he managed to fixed my appliance in a timely manner.Highly recommend!

Richard cane out and replaced 2 parts on my washing machine, he was friendly enough and I was happy with the time scale and response. Would use again

Could not agree more with previous review. Communication is terrible does not reply promptly to emails or voice mails. Cancelled call at last minute and promised tomorrow but will be convinced when I see him

Each time Richard has been responsive, gaining accurate initial assessment over the phone so that he can attend fully armed.Repair performed on first visit and swiftly. Easy pay process online and customer follow up that really inspires confidence and emphasises quality of customer care.Would highly recommend

first class service, quick appointment, and washer repaired in half an hour would definitely recommend this company

We asked Richard to fix our fridge freezer but after coming out 3 times and charging over £200 the fridge is still not fixed. I will now have to find someone decent to fix my fridge freezer and spend more money on it. Terrible service all round

We engaged Richard to repair our fridge freezer. We had to pay upfront. After 13 weeks of us having to contact him to find out what was going on, which was always answered with a bad attitude, he told us the cheque was in the post as he couldn’t fix the fridge. The cheque never arrived. I phoned him and told him I would collect the cheque which he then delivered to me. He then had the audacity to take off the call out fee which he canceled the job not us! Never had such bad service.
