We wanted to build our own pond from scratch. We got great advice and everything we needed. I couldn’t get everything in the car and they offered to deliver for free the next day. Highly recommended.

I don’t understand the last review of Michael D’Alson. I have been dealing with DH Watergardens for 35 years and I have always had first class service. His review is highly personal and offensive and I would like to know, what made him make such comments. It seems that some people choose to hide behind a keyboard, rather than dealing with their issues. To suggest someone needs help after a visit to a business, is bizarre.

I have just had a pond installed by D H Water Gardens, they had great ideas on the look of itas well as taking into account our ideas. The men who came to complete the pond, worked hard and were very polite and courteous.As my brother and myself are physically disabled, they bent over backwards to help give us a low maintenance pond. We would like to thank all of them for the excellent job they have done, and wewould highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to have a pond installed.J Colley

I had a bad experience with the company called Garden Advice that started a stream and pond in my garden but didn't finish it. I told Damian and Lee at DH Waters of my situation and they said they would finish the project. I spent £1196 on goods from them and paid £750 to Lee for labour. £150 per day. Sadly in November that only gets you 5hrs a day. The weather turned worse and Lee said he would back in spring to finish it. He arrived once and looked at what was left to do and never came back. Damian wasnt interested in helping either. I am now left with a pond that leaks (sold a sub-standard liner?), liner showing all along the stream, disintegrating cement around the edging of the pond - from it having been put in when it was too cold to set properly, a second hand pump that has a 2 yr warranty but Damian wont look at it to see if its working or not and my comms to both of them are ignored. My quote involves many items i have never received! Swindlers and let downs!! Avoid avoid avoid.

Excellent. The best advice ever. Following their advice (Paul) our pond was turned from green ( so you couldn't see we even had fish) to crystal clear in 4 days.Their plants are the best I have seen.And there is a very pleasant cafe on site

Fish were in awful condition, many dead and half decomposed. Tank waters were filthy. Only healthly looking fish were the carps in the pond. Really poor sight to see.

I really have no words, apart from I wasted 45 minutes of my time driving there and back. I walked out thinking, I guess they are closing down and just leaving things to rot away, including the fish! I hope the owner reads this and reaches out to someone who can help.

We have used this aquatics shop a few times for our pond project and I'm happy to recommend. Really friendly, helpful team who gave us novices a lot of advice. Fish were in excellent condition and are thriving. Plants have done well also.Some items are on the more expensive side (thinking here of decorative stones for pond edging) but then, everything has been good quality so maybe it's a case of you get what you pay for!
