Unprofessional. Made a simple phone order. Gave measurements for straightforward small piece of worktop to be cut. I even asked for the measurements to be read back to me to be sure. Waited well over a week for delivery. Worktop had been cut 3cm too short. Spoke to manager there named Richard who said I needed to email over some photos of a tape measure on the worktop before a refund would be considered as it is most often the customers fault. He also stated this was of no inconvenience to me. Also, i was told I should not have booked the fitting of said worktop in case it was wrong. I pointed out that I had not been advised of this when I made the order and as they advertise their cutting service I assumed someone there would be able to measure. No genuine apology. Would def not use again. Manager had an unprofessional antagonistic answer to everything I said and I was treated as if I should not be disgruntled.

Ordered a carousel online. It never arrived after a month and no response to email or phone messages.What kind of company has their phone going straight to answer and never respond?Hopefully Paypal will refund me

Inquired about worktops, I got some good advise from customer service. Ordered for color swatch, I have received the sample on time & happy with the color & quality. Bought 3 black laminate worktops, arrived on time. Overall a great purchase.pearl

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Orders were over 2 weeks late. When they arrived they were damaged. Trim was missing and then they sent non matching items. Extremely rude staff that think it’s acceptable to eat there lunch while on the phone to you, making you wait for a response while they eat there mouth full of crisps.Don’t let some of the 5 star reviews fool you as some are staff that work for the company.

After a bit of mix up on delivery, delivering grey matt instead of White matt we got our doors. I found top doors after finding them on Amazon and decided to go to their showroom before ordering. Cant fault the staff. They are really friendly, and cant find the prices cheaper anywhere else. Definitely recommended.

No delivery despite being told twice it's been posted. Rarely answers emails and never replies to voice messages. Absolute garbage. I've had to cancel my joiner 3 times now and I've lost my deposit. Well done Ravi...oh and stop reviewing your own company!

Completely useless! Ordered a worktop, even called to make sure it was in stock and would arrive on time. Of course come Wednesday no worktop arrived so rang back and they offered a different worktop, no sorry at all. Avoid at all cost not worth your time.

Excellent customer service and very good quality doors. I had spent ages on the internet searching for quality replacement doors and had actually given up until I came across Topdoors". The sales assistant Sebastian was very helpful and was able to answer all our questions and the manager Ravi was super. The doors arrived on time and were as seen in the showroom. Waited in for 2 days and my worktops never arrived when I was told they would. They had 2 weeks to get it right and didn't. Pretty disappointing. Now awaiting refund.
