Ocean Cabs

A very quick and efficient service both times I've used them, each time with drivers happy to strike up a jovial conversation. I'll admit I often forget about this lesser known company, but have always found them to be a lot quicker - and often more accommodating - than some of the bigger taxi firms within the town.

Terrible company would advise not to use them the driver decided to pick his friends up instead of us and left us stranded we ended up walking home 4 miles Unbelievable don’t bother booking them

Absolutely fantastic service needed a wheelchair accessible taxi for a trip from lowestoft to Dereham and back very friendly and helpful from the initial call and to the very friendly polite driver can't thank them enough will definitely be recommending them

We used Ocean Cabs many times during our week-long stay in Gorleston. They provided brilliant, friendly service, helping my husband get his walker into and out of the boot. We only used them for short journeys but they were still noticeably cheaper than the first company we used and were always prompt. Highly recommended.

Booked a taxi for 9.30am this morning. To be taken to train station. At 9.23am got a call telling me to hurry up as they are very busy this morning, I explained I had booked for 9.30am and have a few minutes yet and was walking across the caravan park to the meeting point. At 9.30am no taxi at the meeting point so I called for the same man to say 'too late love the drivers gone, you were not on time'. It was accurately 9.30am!? I asked if he could return or another taxi as I had two small dogs and my luggage and a train to catch at 10.17am and he said no they are too busy!!!Consequently I missed my train and had to wait until 12.17pm for the next one and this added two hours onto my travelling day back home to Southampton! Completely unprofessional and and very rude attitude and trying to shift the blame onto the customer who was on time. Disgraceful. Avoid at all costs.

Booked a taxi to take us to and from Norwich airport. Friendly when booking and very helpful. Driver was on time, helpful and friendly too. Took the stress out of driving, parking and worrying. Price was very reasonable too, so all in all, great value and service. Would definitely recommend.

Terrible company drivers, lady driver was driving like a maniac dangerously down haven bridge at 40 mph at the weekend and she was giving a dirty looks, this was at night time a black car I couldn't get the reg plate number. so ignorant.
