I went to this practice for the first time this week fir a blood test. It was the best experience I have had regarding the blood test. The clinician kept me distracted with conversation and I didn't notice my blood being taken at all; despite 2 tube changes. The only thing I would say, was that the waiting room environment seemed unloved.

Hi I'd like to say a big thank you to Samantha Holdham for seeing me on 6/12/23 when the GP wasn't available for my scheduled appointment. She was thorough and empathetic to me. Sam then followed this consultation with a follow up phone call the next day.I ended up receiving treatment in A&E all day.Thank you Sam

We saw Dominique, the nurse, for a series of injections. She was so friendly and efficient every time. She made us feel at ease, gave advice and answered all of our questions. We felt she cared. Certainly a credit to the practice.

Reception staff were friendly & attentive. The lady who did my blood test (unfortunately I didn't get her name) was absolutely lovely. Made me feel so comfortable & valued as a patient. My appointment was prompt, no delays - all round a great experience here.

Appointment 09.45 on 6/12/23, had to wait as it was quite busy. First I had my blood pressure checked, then I had blood taken. I had a very good informative chat with the female who took the blood, and gave me useful advice & some interesting information. She spent adequate time with me which was good, no feeling of wanting me out the door ASAP. She was excellent.However it's getting in contact quickly with the surgery that is so different/difficult than years ago when it was so much more personal, and you could immediately speak to the surgery secretary who would check the diary and squeeze you in if really necessary. Will we ever see those days again?

I went to see Sam, the senior nurse and found her very knowledgeable, personable clear with her questions and her recommendations. I Where it was possible she acted straight away so I didn't have to progress much afterwards. It was great to be listened to and have faith in the responses.

I still find access frustrating and depressing and the amalgamation of three surgeries still somewhat chaotic, but if you get through to the sharp end, I have found recently that treatment has been considerate and has restored my faith somewhat in the Practice. Treatment by Dominique (blood test, advice and action!) combined with Rosie (duty doctor) could not have been faulted (could not find either of them on your 'staff list'). They were both caring and considerate, and gave you hope in what is a difficult time for all - NHS staff and us oldies. The Practice had become like the Bermuda Triangle: please try to hang onto your good staff WellBN! Annie Chester
