Nice petrol station, but usually the most expensive fuel in Worcester

Good service and the shop is well stocked.

I drove in, filled up with fuel, paid, and continued on my way.

Asked friend this morning any fuel ⛽️ yet answer was nope should be a ban on panic buying filling Jerry cans too review only low because of panic buying last few days

Went to get petrol all pumps were closed. Waited a few hours then telephoned to check if they had a delivery first as I was low on fuel. Tried 4 times and one 1 occasion it was answered but hung straight up ! Why have a phone if you don't want to talk to customers to answer a question. Not good customer service in any way

Best fuel prices in the area (although this may be due to the generally high market price at the moment).Shop is well stocked. You get a free Costa coffee after purchasing 30 litres of fuel (in-app fuel payment excluded). Certainly didn't have any of the negative experiences others have been mentioning.

This is my local garage and it is great. I love the fact its open 24hrs and the doors stay open all night. Some 24hr petrol stations are window pay only and its a bit awkward asking for an item in the store. But I like to buy items at 3am and get my fuel.The staff are great here. Very polite. Everytime I go there I always get treated with the most respect unlike some places where they won't say a word to you.There is parking right outside if you just want to go in to shop.

Good fuel station. Has a coffee shop on site also. Clean toilets

Awful customer service standards. The door never works and they don't seem to have done anything about it. Inside there is a Wild Bean Cafe who, despite being a separate till and counter, expect customers who are just eating to queue up with the shop/fuel users. This means you queue an abnormal amount of time for fuel, block pumps from other users and general take longer than necessary for a quick stop to what should be a convenience shop.If you're looking for a petrol station go somewhere else. It'll be cheaper and friendlier.
